I am the person running towards the “fire” when others are running away!! Throughout my life, I have always been drawn to situations and challenges that other leaders want to avoid or have dismissed as unresolvable; have successfully transformed those into thriving entities.
For the last 10+ years’ I’ve worked across a wide span of industries for small to large companies in start-up, turn-around and fast growth environments. I’ve led multi-site sales and operations teams in the U.S. and throughout Southeast Asia; guided geographic expansion, rebranding, product development and the typical operational initiatives—improved sales, service, quality, productivity and profitability; reduced costs, employee turnover, errors, etc.
With the underlying belief that people development is essential to business health, I’ve designed, implemented and executed training programs, promoted use of professional development plans and championed an employee-friendly culture that has paid off—in customer satisfaction, low employee turnover and ultimately, the bottom line.
